With how gigantic the internet has become, it’s nearly impossible for a company to reach an online audience without the use of some form of advertisement. Just the word “chocolate” alone has about 1,900,000,000 results on Google. This makes it a triumph of next-page-clicks for someone to reach your new chocolate business unless you’re using AdWords or keyword research.

Paying for AdWords allows for a company’s name to be ranked more visibly when selected keywords are searched. (For instance, a chocolate company may appear with keywords such as “candy bar” or “chocolate candy”). However, for companies to reach their demographics, the price for this attraction may be many times beyond the budget of smaller companies. Luckily, there are cheaper options out there, as well as tools to minimize your AdWords spending. There are also several of other SEO checks you can to address on your website for maximum performance and visiblilty, 14 to be exact.

Multiple companies provide tools for maximized optimization of keywords with some of the best ones listed below:

Mangools offers a variety of tools to improve search engine optimization for its customers, including many major brands such as Airbnb, Alexa, Skyscanner, Adidas, RetailMeNot, and Deloitte.

Mangool’s most popular tool, KWFinder, is a keyword research tool with a database with over 1,620,000,000 keywords that enables customers to “find long tail keywords with low SEO difficulty.” In other terms, words relating to a service or product can be typed in, resulting in a widely varied list of keywords. (Again with the chocolate example, the company may search “best chocolate bars in America” and get dozens of related keywords that people are searching more often, like “ best chocolate in the world” and “dark chocolate”). These suggested keywords include their level of trendiness and the number of times searched. The tool also lets company’s know which websites and company’s they would be competing with. Hint: newer companies want to use keywords with lower competition, or “keyword difficulty.”

KWFinder ranges from only $29.90 to $79.90 a month. While it requires more strategizing on the company’s part to be effective, knowing your business’ keywords is the best way to produce effective content across all platforms, including pages, blogs, images, and social media.

The checker and watcher that Mangools includes in their toolbox allow for customers to monitor and track the positions of keywords with ease.

LinkMiner is a “backlink checker tool with more than 8 trillion backlinks,” meaning that searching for website domains will result in a list of backlinks for the given site.

Mangools’ total package of tools cost from $30 to $129 a month based on the payment plan as well as inclusion. However, users have the option of a free account with limited abilities.

The Best Keyword Research Tool

Through my research while writing this article, it has become clear to me that the best tools is based on preference, budget, and the company’s specific needs. There are many other companies out there that allow for optimization of keywords with many more tools, though most are similar to those mentioned above, just with different names. With all of the options, Mangools impressed me the most with how simple their tools were explained and the ease of using each tool.
